MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN: DHS Deports Illegal Alien Gang Members, Including Murderers, Violent Assailants, Drunk Drivers, and Burglars

DHS will never apologize for deporting illegal aliens

WASHINGTON – The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released the following statement after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported more illegal alien gang members in the last week, including those convicted of murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, driving under the influence of alcohol, and burglary, among other heinous crimes.

“Last week, the hard-working men and women of ICE deported even more illegal aliens from our country, including murderers, drug dealers, drunk drivers, and robbers,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “Every single deportation makes America safer. DHS is delivering on President Trump’s mandate from the American people to deport illegal aliens, because that’s how we save lives.”

Among the illegal alien gang members deported last week are:

Marcos Ramirez-Garcia, an illegal alien from Mexico and Surenos gang member, deported on September 25. His criminal history includes convictions for second-degree murder and felony firearm offense in Michigan. He illegally entered the United States at an unknown date and location. DHS issued Ramirez-Garcia a final administrative removal order on July 21, 2011.

Mario Aviles-Corral, an illegal alien from Mexico and Mexican Mafia gang member, deported on September 22. His criminal history includes convictions for second-degree murder and aggravated assault in Arizona. He claims to have illegally entered the United States through California in 1985. DHS issued Aviles-Corral a final administrative removal order on August 5, 2005. 

Sheldon Emelio Lyon, an illegal alien from Jamaica and Bloods gang member, deported on September 24. His criminal history includes convictions for first-degree assault, TWO counts of possession of contraband in a place of confinement, and concealing a dangerous weapon, and arrests for attempted first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit attempted first-degree murder, second-degree assault, kidnapping, first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary, reckless endangerment, and dangerous weapon: wear and carry with intent to injure in Maryland. He was lawfully admitted to the United States in March 2009. Following his criminal convictions, a DOJ Immigration Judge issued Lyon a final order of removal on September 23, 2014.

Roberto Benjamin Rodriguez-Padilla, an illegal alien from El Salvador and MS-13 gang member, deported on September 25. His criminal history includes an arrest for driving while intoxicated in Virginia. He has an international warrant for killing a police officer in his home country. He illegally entered the United States at an unknown date and location. A DOJ Immigration Judge issued Rodriguez-Padilla a final order of removal on April 4, 2026.

Miguel Antonio Guzman Castro, an illegal alien from Guatemala and East Los Angeles-13 gang member, deported on September 21. His criminal history includes convictions for THREE counts of vehicle theft, TWO counts of burglary, TWO counts of possession of a controlled substance, robbery, theft, petty theft, use or being under the influence of a controlled substance, forgery of handwriting or related document, and false check, record, certificate, or related document in California. He was previously deported FOUR times in 2005, 2009, 2016, and 2022 before illegally re-entering the United States at an unknown date and location.

Yarlee Freddy Acosta Salmeron, an illegal alien from Honduras and Southwest Cholos gang member, deported on September 21. His criminal history includes convictions for assault of a family member, theft from person, and failure to identify a fugitive with the intent to give false information in Texas. Salmeron was previously deported THREE TIMES in 1994, 2009, and 2015, before illegally re-entering the country at an unknown date and location.

Jonathan Josue Rivera-Caceres, an illegal alien from Honduras and MS-13 gang member, deported on September 22. His criminal history includes convictions for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, driving while intoxicated, and an arrest for terroristic threats against peace officer/judge in Texas. He illegally entered the United States through Texas in April 2014 and was arrested by the U.S. Border Patrol. He was then RELEASED into the country by the Obama Administration. A DOJ Immigration Judge issued Rivera-Caceres a final order of removal on August 21, 2026.

Edgar Samuel Palomino-Sanchez, an illegal alien from Mexico and Latin Kings gang member, deported on September 24. His criminal history includes convictions for burglary with firearm, complicity to attempted felonious assault, felonious assault, felony burglary, obstructing official business, and illegal re-entry in Ohio. He was previously deported TWICE in 2013 and 2019 before illegally re-entering the United States at an unknown date and location.

Yang Neng Vang, an illegal alien from Laos and Laos Pride Gangster gang member, deported on September 26. His criminal history includes convictions for third-degree assault, felon in possession of a firearm, fourth-degree assault, and driving under the influence of alcohol in Oregon and California. He was lawfully admitted to the United States in July 1983. Following his criminal convictions, a DOJ Immigration Judge issued Vang a final order of removal on March 30, 2000.

Daniel Torres Rodriguez, an illegal alien from Mexico and Los Zetas gang member, deported on September 25. His criminal history includes convictions for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, illegal re-entry, and evading arrest/detention, and arrests for assault causing bodily injury to family member and liquor violation in Texas. He was previously deported FIVE times in 2003, 2009, 2011, 2017, and 2022 before illegally re-entering the country at an unknown date and location.
